Move In/Move Out Clean

A move-in/move-out clean is a thorough cleaning service typically performed when someone is moving into or out of a home or apartment. Here's what it generally includes:

Move-In Clean

  1. Kitchen: Deep cleaning of all surfaces, including countertops, cabinets (inside and out), appliances (fridge, oven, microwave), and the sink.

  2. Bathrooms: Scrubbing and disinfecting sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs; cleaning mirrors and fixtures; wiping down cabinets.

  3. Living Areas: Dusting all surfaces, cleaning windows and window sills, vacuuming or mopping floors, and wiping down baseboards.

  4. Bedrooms: Dusting furniture, cleaning closets (inside and out), and ensuring floors are clean.

  5. Additional Areas: Hallways, stairs, and any other spaces in the home.

Move-Out Clean

  1. Kitchen: Similar to move-in, but may include removing any remaining food items and deep cleaning behind and under appliances.

  2. Bathrooms: Ensuring all areas are sanitized, including grout and tile.

  3. Living Areas: Vacuuming carpets, wiping down walls, and cleaning light fixtures.

  4. Bedrooms: Emptying and cleaning closets, dusting, and ensuring all surfaces are spotless.

  5. Additional Areas: Focus on any specific requirements from landlords or new tenants, including removal of nails, hooks, or other fixtures.

Both types of cleans aim to make the space welcoming and ready for new occupants or to leave it in great condition for the next tenant.
